The way you download an invoice or receipt depends on where you made the purchase. Please use the section below that matches your payment method.
š„ļø Website subscription (Stripe)
Log in to your Fluently app.
Open the More tab in the bottom-right corner.
Select the desired product in the Products section.
Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal.
You can access all your invoices there.
 iOS subscription (App Store)
If you purchased through the App Store, Apple provides the receipt (we canāt issue a separate Stripe invoice for App Store purchases)
The easiest option is to find Appleās receipt email in your inbox (it usually looks like āYour receipt from Appleā)
You can also download it from Appleās purchase history:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Find the Fluently charge.
Select View receipt, then save/print it as a PDF.
š¤ Android subscription (Google Play Store)
If you purchased through Google Play, Google provides the receipt (we canāt issue a separate Stripe invoice for Google Play purchases)
First, check your email for a Google Play receipt (often titled āGoogle Play order receiptā)
You can also access your purchase history in Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Go to Payments & subscriptions ā Budget & history (or Purchase history)
Select the Fluently purchase to view the receipt/details
You can also view transactions on pay.google.com by signing in with the Google account used for the purchase.
